Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you love your experience with Nera Luxury Candles. However, if something’s not quite right, we're here to help.

🕯️ Standard Products

We accept returns on our standard products - including candles and refills - provided:

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging

  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or faulty.

📧 To arrange a return, please email us at neraluxurycandles@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

📦 Subscription Products

If you're subscribed to our Monthly Refill Subscription, please note:

  • Refunds and returns are not accepted for monthly subscription refills once they’ve been shipped

  • The subscription has a 3-month minimum commitment

  • After that, you may pause or cancel anytime by emailing us at least 48 hours before your next billing date

If there’s an issue with a refill (e.g. damaged in transit), we’ll always make it right - just get in touch.

💥 Damaged or Faulty Items

If any item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and a photo of the damage

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible

🔒 Other Important Info

  • Refunds are only available to the original purchaser

  • Used or burned candles cannot be returned

  • Gift cards are non-refundable
