Returns & Refunds Policy
We hope you love your experience with Nera Luxury Candles. However, if something’s not quite right, we're here to help.
🕯️ Standard Products
We accept returns on our standard products - including candles and refills - provided:

The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging

You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or faulty.
📧 To arrange a return, please email us at neraluxurycandles@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
📦 Subscription Products
If you're subscribed to our Monthly Refill Subscription, please note:

Refunds and returns are not accepted for monthly subscription refills once they’ve been shipped

The subscription has a 3-month minimum commitment

After that, you may pause or cancel anytime by emailing us at least 48 hours before your next billing date
If there’s an issue with a refill (e.g. damaged in transit), we’ll always make it right - just get in touch.
💥 Damaged or Faulty Items
If any item arrives damaged or defective:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number and a photo of the damage

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible
🔒 Other Important Info

Refunds are only available to the original purchaser

Used or burned candles cannot be returned

Gift cards are non-refundable
