Subscription Terms

• There is a 3-month minimum commitment when you first subscribe.

• After the initial 3 months, you’re free to pause or cancel anytime - no questions asked.

• To pause, simply email us at neraluxurycandles@gmail.com at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

Billing & Delivery

​

• Subscriptions are billed automatically every 30 days from the date of your first order.

• Each monthly refill is dispatched within 3 business days of billing.

• We currently ship within the UK only.

Scent Rotation

Each month, you’ll receive a different scent from our Recovery Collection - a curated range designed to evoke presence, warmth, and reflection. These scents rotate and are not custom-selected, allowing you to journey through our story one fragrance at a time.

Refunds & Returns

​

Because refills are made monthly and features a rotating scent, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds for subscription items.

If your refill arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days so we can put it right.
