Our luxury candle refills are hand-poured in Scotland using a premium, eco-friendly soy wax blend, designed to perfectly fit your refillable Nera Luxury Candle jars.

This ensures a non-toxic, long-lasting burn that fully releases the exquisite fragrances of our signature scents. Crafted with sustainability and quality in mind, each refill delivers the same premium experience as our luxury scented candles while reducing waste, reflecting our commitment to exceptional craftsmanship and the planet.

Prepare the Jar: Before using your eco-friendly candle refill, carefully remove it from its luxury tissue paper wrapping. Ensure the inside of your Nera Luxury Candle jar is clean by gently wiping the interior with a damp cloth or washing with warm, soapy water, then dry thoroughly to prepare it for your new refill.

Trim the Wick: Before each use, trim the wick to about 5mm (1/4 inch) for a clean, even burn. This prevents soot and extends the life of your refill.

Burning Time: Burn your refill for 2-3 hours per session to ensure an even wax melt across the surface, avoiding tunneling. Do not exceed 4 hours of continuous burning to maintain a safe melt pool and prevent wick displacement.

Safety First: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep it away from drafts, flammable materials, and out of reach of children and pets.

Cooling Time: Allow the refill to cool completely before relighting or moving the jar to prevent spills and ensure longevity.

Storage: Store unused refills in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve their fragrance and quality. Keep the luxury tissue paper wrapping for reuse or recycle it responsibly.

Disposal: When your refill is finished, dispose of any remaining wax responsibly. Your Nera jar can be cleaned and reused with another refill or repurposed for other uses.
